Treat yourself…you deserve it!
As costs continue to rise consumers are looking for ways they are able to treat themselves to a bit of luxury at a low cost. Silver Fox Jewelry caters to those looking for one of a kind jewelry at affordable prices.
Founded by Traverse City entrepreneurs Ed & Mitzi Gibbard, Silver Fox Jewelry opened its first store in The Village at Grand Traverse Commons in 2009. The concept for the store was formed after consultation with the owners of Blue Bear Gallery in East Tawas. Silver Fox Jewelry carries a wide variety of sterling silver rings, bracelets, pendants, broaches, scarves, purses and semi-precious gems including Larimar, Turquoise, Amethyst and Amber, to name a few.
Now more than ever, consumers are looking for unique, one-of-a-kind pieces that won’t cost a fortune. Silver Fox Jewelry is able to offer a vast assortment of beautiful artisan jewelry at affordable prices. Each piece that Mitzi carries is carefully selected to be of the best quality and value as possible. The commitment to affordability spans even further at the store’s ever changing 50% off table. This table is always a must-see customer favorite, with incredible deals on beautiful pieces.
Whether a stone is handpicked from the wide variety available at a jewelry show or selected from a local artist who creates beautiful pieces, you can be sure that the jewelry found at Silver Fox is unique. Large statement pieces are big this season and you’ll find a variety of them lining the store’s display cases. “We want you to find new and wonderful items each time you come into the store” says owner Mitzi Gibbard. And as any repeat customer would know, Silver Fox truly stands by that statement. Within the last year, Silver Fox has even begun to welcome Vintage consignment pieces and invites those interested in selling old treasures of their own to drop by the store.
After seeing success with the store here in the Mercato, Mitzi and Ed saw potential for a second location in Holland. Teaming up with friends and long-time Holland residents Kurt and Kim Smith, they opened the second Silver Fox Jewelry in late April 2011. The second location is found in Claremont Court in the heart of Downtown Holland.
Both locations offer the grand reputation that Silver Fox was built upon as well as the strong commitment to unique and beautiful jewelry at affordable prices.
